Viktor Govorkov
Soviet painter, graphic artist, poster artist, and illustrator. Born in Vladivostok during the Russian Empire and ended his life in Moscow in the Soviet Union. Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR, Merited Artist of the RSFSR (1971). Govorkov is known for his famous political and social posters created from 1930 to 1960. His works became symbols of the era, reflecting the spirit of the times and the ideals of Soviet society.
